Today, the word filter often brings to mind a digital effect: something added to alter reality. But its true meaning is different.
A filter is what lets the right light pass through. It is the sieve, the cloth strainer, the simple and necessary object that separates, refines, and preserves what is best. It is the patient gesture of passing tomato sauce through a strainer before sealing it in jars.
The Luce is born from this gesture. From a light that does not reveal everything, but rests carefully on what truly matters.
